Head of State: President Irfaan Ali is the puppet of ExxonMobil, the British Empire and the Southern Command

This Wednesday, April 03, the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, assured that the President of Guyana, Irfaan Ali, “simply became the puppet of ExxonMobil, the puppet of the British Empire, the puppet of the Southern Command.”

“After having seen the face of kings, popes, presidents and prime ministers, I have never been so pleased to defend Venezuela face to face with the president of Guyana,” he emphasized in the Elliptical Hall of the National Assembly (AN), on the occasion of the act where he enacted the Organic Law for the Defense of Guiana Esequiba.

He recalled that, since Venezuela was the victim of the dispossession of its Guiana Esequiba, “for the first time on December 3, 2023, the People were summoned to decide the fate and future of Venezuela's rights over Guiana Essequiba, to express themselves with all their sovereignty, with all their power.”

He argued that the Arbitral Award of 1899 is part of gunboat diplomacy and revolves on the basis of old international law and ratified the “null, irritated and anachronistic” nature of this document, so that Venezuela, based on modern international law, does not recognize it, based on the Geneva Agreement, it will never recognize it, because it is based on old international law.”
