Head of State ordered the delivery of resources to communal circuits for approved projects

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, this Monday, June 10, ordered to comply “with deposits to all communal circuits for approved projects”, at the National Popular Consultation in the country on April 21.
It also authorized funding for community projects that have reached second place in this National Popular Consultation.
The instruction also revolved to advance the development of economic projects in the communes in order to consolidate their productive nature.
The head of state expressed his desire to participate directly in the delivery of projects in the communes.
In the 49th edition of the program “With Maduro+”, he ratified the need to strengthen the empowerment of communal councils and communes, as well as the leadership, democracy and capacity of Popular Power.
In this regard, he urged to deepen the successful experience of the National Popular Consultation to provide accurate answers to the projects of organized communities.
He recalled that at the time he urged that this consultation be held, “at least one quarterly, which would lead us to four communal elections per year, to choose the projects prioritized by the community itself and finance them directly.”
