Head of State on USAID case: All the rotting we have reported comes to light

Referring to the theft of USAID by right-wing extremist actors, President Nicolás Maduro said that “all the rotting that we have reported, year after year, is coming to light with evidence.”

At the installation of the extraordinary plenary session of the V Congress of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) and the Youth of the Red Awning (JPSUV), he stated that to the fugitive Juan Guaidó the governments of the United States “gave him more than 3.5 billion dollars that come out of the pocket of their taxpayers.”
