In this way, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, commemorates one more year since the founding of the National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras and Choirs of Venezuela.

From the social network X, the Head of State posted a post accompanied by a video with interviews with some musicians and images of some of the orchestra's performances, as well as Commander Hugo Chávez with them.

The National System of Youth and Children's Orchestras and Choirs of Venezuela is a social and cultural work of the Venezuelan State. Also known as El Sistema , it was conceived and founded in 1975 by the Venezuelan teacher and musician José Antonio Abreu to systematize collective and individual instruction and practice of music through symphony orchestras and choirs, as instruments of social organization and humanistic development.
