The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, called this Saturday for the articulation of a global proposal for a future free of fascism.

From the La Carlota Convention Center, during the closing of the World Congress of Anti-Fascist Youth and Students, the Head of State pointed out that “we cannot remain alone in the anti-fascist struggle, Chávez spoke of avoiding the time of barbarism (...) and the time of barbarism came with the genocide of the Palestinian people and the regime of Ukraine against the peaceful people of Russia”.

He recalled the cyber-fascist coup against Venezuela, after the presidential elections in July of this year. In this regard, he asserted that this is “a permanent struggle (...) the multipolar world we want is not around the corner”.

The Dignitary called for action “for the new humanity and to win them (...) in heart and mind. Venezuela is an example that the cognitive massacre and the fascist coup can be defeated.”

In this regard, he recalled that “if anyone summarizes the values of the new man, of the social being, to build a socialist and truly human world, it was Hugo Chávez Frías, to him I always dedicate all my struggles and victories”.

“Today the International Anti-Fascist Movement is born in Venezuela and for the new world that contemplates the concept of resistance and the concept of building the future that must integrate the ideas and new dreams of humanity,” added President Maduro.
