Head of State: Let's continue to demonstrate that the method is dialogue, agreement and national understanding

The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, applauded through his social network X the consultation organized by the National Assembly to draw up the electoral calendar.

“The consultation carried out by the National Assembly began on the right foot, accompanied by proposals for dates, organization and logistics. Let us continue to demonstrate that the method is dialogue, agreement and national understanding. Rain, shine or lightning, this year 2024 is the presidential election, whoever kicks, as required by our Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela,” wrote the head of state.

Also, during the broadcast of his program Con Maduro+, the president specified that Monday's day “was a success, it started off on the right foot with the participation of the vast majority of presidential candidates. Ninety percent of the legally registered political parties, which have a card with the CNE (National Electoral Council), participated and are going to participate in these elections.”
