Head of State leads signing of Agreements within the framework of the Bilateral Meeting of the XVIII Meeting of the CIAN

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, led the signing of Agreements framed in the Bilateral Meeting of the XVIII Meeting of the Russia-Venezuela High-Level Intergovernmental Commission (CIAN).
The activity took place in the Ayacucho Hall of the Miraflores Palace, in which the Deputy Prime Minister of Russia and co-president of the Russia-Venezuela High-Level Intergovernmental Commission (CIAN), Dmitry Chernyshenko, participated.
At the event, 17 Agreements, for a 2024-2030 relationship, were signed by representatives of the Ministries of Venezuela and Russia.

Governments of Venezuela and Russia sign the Final Act of the XVIII Meeting of the Russia-Venezuela High-Level Intergovernmental Commission (CIAN).
Development Plan for Key Areas for Russian-Venezuelan Cooperation until 2030.
Agreement between the Governments of Venezuela and Russia on Cooperation for Science and Technology.
Understanding between PDVSA and the Federal University of Kazan, for training, and consulting in oil, gas and petrochemistry.
Memorandum of Understanding between PDVSA and RT-Project Technologies, on industrial oil safety.
Firm for Cooperation, Exchange and Mutual Aid within the scope of the Unitary System of Tariff Preferences of the Eurasian Economic Union.
Roadmap for the implementation of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two nations for cooperation in the area of Geology and Subsurface Use.
Plan of Action for Cooperation in the area of labor inspection and promotion of the employment of the population between Venezuela and Russia.
The day was attended by the first female combatant of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Cilia Flores de Maduro; the vice-president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Delcy Rodríguez Gómez; the Sectorial Vice President of Defense and Political Sovereignty, G/J Vladimir Padrino López; the Sectorial Vice President of Science, Technology, Gabriela Jiménez and the Minister of Popular Power for Transportation, Ramón Velasquez Araguayan.
