Head of State: “Julio Borges and María Machado have a group of assassins already looking for me”

This Sunday, the President of the Republic Nicolás Maduro Moros, during the checkup of the 1x10 day across the country, once again denounced the assassination plan in the hands of the opposition to prevent rapprochement with the people.

“Julio Borges and María Machado have a group of assassins already looking for me; that's why my visits to the states must be a surprise,” said the Head of State.

He also thanked the perfect Civic-Military union, “so that everything may be in peace and with the blessings of our Lord Creator, with our Lord I am on my way to our destination”.

“Yesterday we were in Isnotú, a beautiful thing, Diosdado was with me and I remembered when we were with Commander Chávez on the roads of the Fatherland when the people sang the anthem in every corner.”

In this regard, President Maduro noted that “today we claim the anthem with the most beautiful voice, the voice of the people,” and he also stressed that at least 10 towns took to the streets last Saturday.
