President Nicolás Maduro assured that in Venezuela the construction of a society with the principles of equality, peace and solidarity “takes time, but we have advanced thanks to the ideology of Commander Chávez.

“We have an important vanguard in the People, in ordinary men, in ordinary women. Chávez spoke a lot about socialism in the territorial sphere, I think it is the great contribution in the theory of world socialism, to economic socialism,” said the President in the program “With Maduro +” No. 45.

In addition, during the “Digital Zone” segment, he emphasized that thanks to the conscience and values of Venezuelan society, it has been possible to build a state of social welfare with organization, a clear and humane vision.

He added that in Venezuela “there is a transition to socialism, a socialism with Bolivarian, Christian and profoundly democratic values.”

In conversation with the influencer, Diego Ruzzarín, about the new socio-economic formation with a socialist orientation that is developing in progressive countries, which seek to consolidate the foundations of equality and social justice.

In the same way, he stressed that the Venezuelan people, under the worst circumstances faced with the imposition of unilateral coercive measures, “set out to build a new economic model, which has made it possible to face the criminal blockade.”

“We are building a new social economic formation (...) that is the material base of society, the economy is in the process of reconstruction, because it's not just about building, but we have also faced the blockade,” he stressed.
