Head of State: I'm going to be sworn in before the only existing National Assembly in Venezuela

Nicolás Maduro, during a community assembly with the candidates for Justices of the Peace of Caracas, assured that on January 10, 2025, he will be sworn in with the People as President of the Republic for the period 2025-2031 before the current Legislative Power in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela

“On January 10, 2025, I will be sworn in before the People, in front of the Constitution for a new revolutionary mandate. I am going to be sworn in before the only current, legal and active National Assembly that Venezuela has, the one that understood, understood,” said the Head of State.

He added that the current National Assembly ends its term in the year 2026 as established by the National Constitution.
