Head of State: I was very excited to see the Ali First movie

At the closing of the Great Congress of the 21st Century Bolivarian Homeland Bloc, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, assured that when he saw the film of Ali Primera, he was greatly moved.

“I saw the film with Cilita (Cilia FLOres), the film by Ali Primera and I confess that I was very moved, it must be said that the actor who plays Ali is spectacular and the whole social climate of the boy singer is a great achievement of the film,” he said.

In that vein, he stressed that “it's important to see that great filmmakers are simple people. Our authentic artists have the heart of the people of Venezuela. It's about the simple man and woman who can appreciate the beautiful, without the need for paraphernalia.”

The Head of State added that in America and in the country “we all carry that spiritual force of culture and the integrated sum of all the forces that have moved in this land, which is none other than the original strength of our indigenous grandparents and grandmothers.”
