The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, decorated the Venezuelan military, whom he described as “courageous and patriotic” after being attacked by the North American empire, which imposed unilateral coercive measures on each of these FANB officers.
“The imperial government of the United States attacked and attacked with alleged sanctions against them, because they were protagonists of the victory of peace in Venezuela against the attack of the fascist outbreak,” said the Commander in Chief of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (FANB).
The Venezuelan head of state, who called “ridiculous sanctions” by the North American Government against these officials, assured that “the United States will never be able to understand is that its sanctions are decorations in the souls of patriots who love our Venezuela and who are never going to surrender to any blackmail, to any threat,” he stressed.
He added that “the gringos” yesterday Thursday demonstrated once again “a truly hostile attitude, which repeats the mistakes they have already committed against Venezuela.”
“They will not be able to stop the course of the Bolivarian Revolution neither with threats, nor with sanctions, nor with anything, neither today nor ever; they will not be able to divide the powerful civic-military-popular union,” he emphasized.
The first national president awarded the Liberators and Liberators Order in his first class to the members of the FANB:
General in Chief Domingo Hernández Lárez, Strategic Operational Commander of the Bolivarian National Armed Forces (CEOFANB).
Major General Elio Estrada Paredes, Commander of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB).
Major General Johan Hernández Lárez, Commander of the Comprehensive Defense Strategic Region (REDI) Capital of the GNB.
Brigadier General Asdrúbal Brito Hernández, Director of Criminal Investigations of the General Directorate of Military Counterintelligence (DGCIM).
