Head of State highlighted the leadership of his Russian counterpart in the convening of the XVI BRICS Summit

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, highlighted the leadership of his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, in convening the XVI BRICS Summit.
The national president, through his Telegram channel , described the event as “successful” and congratulated his counterpart “for the inclusive, convening, unitary and leadership nature that Russia has exercised for the organization of the successful 16th BRICS Summit”.
He also specified that this block represents an instance that “has put new paradigms on the global agenda. A new world is possible and the BRICS constitute the epicenter of the birth of historic childbirth with profoundly human values and principles”.
