During his participation in the Solemn Opening Session of the Judicial Year 2024, this Wednesday the President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, stressed that, for 25 years of Revolution, the People have been the main protagonist in transformative processes to guarantee the good life of all.

“25 years at the hands of the people, we have been marked by a concept of direct social democracy, because we are men of the people, we have never been of any elite, we will never be of any elite, we are not of the surnames, we are of those who are in the streets,” said the head of state in his speech.

He emphasized that in the streets “there is our school, our trench, our front of struggle, together with the workers, the peasants, the fishermen, the humble people”, since the arrival of the Bolivarian Revolution, which, he said, imperialism intended to kill from its birth.

“Surnames and imperialism , oligarchy and imperialism reacted to stab her and kill the girl (...) they tried to finish her off before the girl grew up, April 11 (2002). And there were the signatures of the stabbers, the stabbers, the murderers, the criminals and the criminals, the coup plotters, there they were recorded for history, they could never be erased, but this girl had someone to defend her,” he recalled.
