Head of State: Final proposal on Q7 and national volunteering will be presented on March 19

The President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro announced that on March 19, “a large national assembly will take place for Social Movements to present the final proposals for consultation, debate and action of the 7 Transformations”.
In his Con Maduro+ program this Monday, March 4, the Head of State specified that the “Congress of the New Era, which brings together more than 45 social movements, presented me with the synthesis of thousands of proposals that emerged from more than 63,000 grassroots assemblies”.
He added that “we have a plan and a vision. We had the teacher of teachers, who refounded the Homeland: Hugo Chávez Frías. Our master in the art of thinking, of strategy, of victorious combat (...)”.
He announced that “on March 19, the definitive proposal for the work on the 7T will be received and presented to the country, at a large leadership assembly. Likewise, the national volunteer will be founded, which will be responsible for carrying out this proposal until 2030.”
