He explained that North America is losing influence in Asia, Eurasia and Africa, so “taking refuge and recolonizing our America is the basic plan.”

As a vision of this claim, President Maduro stated that the United States promotes fascist leadership such as that of Jair Bolsonaro in Brazil, and Javier Milei in Argentina.
