The president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, criticized the destruction of the Argentine State undertaken by his counterpart from the southern country Javier Milei, who obtained the approval of the controversial Basic Law, which places the national economy in the hands of foreign capital and the national oligarchy.

“This famous Basic Law is the most fascist and destructive law of political, social and labor rights ever seen in South America (...) The reality of that country is as if (Jorge) V idela or (Augusto) Pinochet had returned to devastate Argentina”, lamented the Venezuelan head of state.

In his Con Maduro+ program this Monday, July 1st, the Head of State said he was sure that the Argentine people will not put up with the taking away of their rights that they have achieved after many years of struggle.

“Let's not be surprised at anything that happens in Argentina in the coming months, but that town is not going to take hold of Milei,” he said.
