Head of State confirms his commitment to the recovery of the Social Welfare State (+7T)

This Thursday, from the Miraflores Palace, in a message to the nation ahead of the elections of July 28, the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, detailed the advances and projects that derive from each of the seven transformations contemplated in the Plan of the 7T, heading to 2030.

With reference to the fourth transformation, The Social Balance, the President emphasized “the recovery of the Social Welfare State and the social commitment to heal the wounds of economic war and sanctions, so we have to consolidate with great force the public nature of social rights, the System of Missions and Great Missions of the New Generation”.

In this regard, he praised the Great Venezuela Youth Mission, “whose goal must be to promote comprehensive education and youth entrepreneurship”, as well as the Great Mission of Grandparents and Grandmothers, “which will guarantee the comprehensive protection of all grandparents and grandmothers in all areas of life, health, culture, entertainment, income and life in short.”

On the other hand, he mentioned the Great Equality Mission, “in order to definitely overcome the wounds of the economic war and move towards the goal of zero poverty in Venezuela”, as well as Venezuela Mujer, “a beautiful Great Mission of a New Generation that must continue to accompany and fully protect women at all ages, in all spaces, in all their rights”.

The Dignitary said that it is also planned to reempower and modernize the Barrio Adentro Salud and Barrio Adentro Telematico Mission, “to turn this beautiful mission into a new, digitized, high-tech home health network with a presence in all communities and territories.”
