Head of State: China is willing to invest in the country's Special Economic Zones

Nicolás Maduro, president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, reported that a high-level delegation from the Institute for Higher Studies of Special Economic Zones in Shenzhen, China, is visiting Venezuela with the objective of making large investments.

Dr. Tao Yitao, president of the institute of the Asian giant, during her participation in the Con Maduro+ program, stressed that, after touring three Special Economic Zones in Venezuela, she can attest that the country is ready for development and encounter with China.

“Venezuela's Special Economic Zones have more natural resources than those of China,” Tao Yitao explained, stating that the Asian giant is willing to contribute to the development and growth of the Bolivarian nation under the vision of mutual benefit.
