Head of State calls for tough laws against fascism and similar trends of intolerance

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, during the Digital Zone segment of his program “With Maduro +”, asserted that the response that the State as a whole is giving to the issue of anti-fascism and political intolerance is exemplary in generating laws created with the people to combat the fight against this violent political phenomenon.
“In Venezuela, laws are not made in law firms and millionaires, laws are debated with people with their neighbors, so the National Assembly has issued a law against fascism, neo fascism and similar trends for public consultation,” stressed the Head of State.
He added that there are many laws like this in the world and Venezuela must make tough anti-fascist laws because here people cannot be allowed to be persecuted for their way of thinking, for their ideas, skin color or social class.
