Head of State: Beautiful news is coming about the canonization of our Saint Joseph Gregorio Hernández

From his radio program Con Maduro de Repente, the head of state, Nicolás Maduro, commented that he has “very beautiful and auspicious news about the canonization of our Saint Joseph Gregorio Hernández”, but that he cannot yet announce what he will have to wait for the next few days.

In that vein, President Maduro recalled a visit he made to the Vatican and a meeting held with the Pope in the early 2000s.

I also take this opportunity to highlight the work done by radio stations across the country who joined in broadcasting the program. “We have a genuine representation of Commander Chávez's legacy with this network of radio stations that today join together to replicate the message,” he said. The president added that Con Maduro was suddenly born to overcome censorship on social networks. “We're going to communicate closely,” he said.
