The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, this Thursday, September 19, approved the Decree of Law to build the General Staff of Non-Oil Exports, which will be coordinated by the Executive Vice President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez.

“All the firepower will be concentrated here so that we can achieve the goal we have set for ourselves, to lower the average of an export of 34 days, which is a vulgarity, in the short term to lower it to 10 days and make it easier for those who produce and export to work,” he explained.

He specified that this General Staff will concentrate its efforts on non-oil exports, as well as to all the Ministries and Institutions linked to the export sector, including the Ministries of Popular Power for Fisheries; Agriculture; Economy and Finance; National Production; Industries; Defense, as well as the National Integrated Service for Customs and Tax Administration (SENIAT); Bolivarian Port Authority (BOLIPORTS), Guard Bolivarian National (GNB), among others.

In the Port of the state of La Guaira, where he led the “Export Chapter” Economy Council, he said that “I am proceeding to sign the Decree of Law to build the General Staff of Non-Oil Exports, thus fulfilling my commitment to businessmen.”
