Head of State: A new man is needed to create and promote a new society

The President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, said that for there to be a new society, a new man is needed, with a corresponding State, with efficiency, powerful, in perfect popular, military and police fusion.
He made the statement during the funding ceremony for the 2024 Community Coffee Plan, where he stressed that this act “is the first step in financing economic projects in a historic sector that is recovering and that promises for the economic future of the country, we are talking about Venezuelan coffee”.
In this regard, he stressed that “we have been applying a consultation method in the Community Circuits that has started very nicely, we have already had two national consultations”.
He indicated that the objective “is to start with strength, because in 2025 there will be a quarterly consultation, four annual consultations for the people to debate, vote and decide on the priority projects of the Community Circuits.”
