Happy and Safe Carnival 2024 device is supervised from the La Bandera Terminal in Caracas

Authorities of the Bolivarian Government supervised, from the facilities of the La Bandera Terminal, the Happy and Safe Carnival 2024 device, as a preventive measure during these days of vacation, to guarantee peace in the country.

This was reported by the Deputy Minister for Prevention, Public Security and Peace Quadrants, G/D Endes Palencia, “we are monitoring this important land terminal, one of the 37 prioritized terminals we have, of the 133 that are operational in the country.”

He also called on drivers and carriers to comply with established rules and regulations regarding road safety. “We did a survey, direct communication with the carriers and at the same time we supervised some buses. We gave drivers a recommendation about what special rules are,” he said.

Finally, Deputy Minister Palencia announced that “we have our officials, citizen security bodies, the Bolivarian National Guard, the Bolivarian National Police, the municipal and state police, to address this task and to provide them with the respective support, above all, what is attention to our people.”
