Guerreros and Caciques agree to change players to reinforce alienation (+LMBP)

Just weeks before the start of the new Major League Professional Baseball (LMBP) season, the Guerreros de Lara and Caciques de Distrito teams agreed to change players in their lineups.
Lara's men took over the services of outfilder Manuel Meléndez, while the capital's troops received the utility Josmar Cordero in their ranks to reinforce the team.
Meléndez has minor league experience with the Colorado Rockies and in the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League with Cardinals de Lara and Tigres de Aragua. Meanwhile, Josmar Cordero left a batting average of .315 in 2023 as a result of five home runs and 17 RBIs.
