GUÁRICO - CAMAGUÁN/Jorge Rodríguez: Nicolás Maduro recovered the economy while the opposition attacked the country

The president of the National Assembly (AN) and member of the National Directorate of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), Jorge Rodríguez, said that the People of Venezuela and the Guárico state absolutely have a labor leader Nicolás Maduro.

“President Nicolás Maduro was the one who defeated COVID-19 together with his people, while they (extremist opposition) were trying to block the arrival of medicines and food,” he emphasized.

He also stressed that President Maduro is a labor leader who achieved economic recovery, while the opposition attacked the country. “The main industry recovered, the country's main income,” he said, referring to the state oil company Petrleos de Venezuela (PDVSA).

From the municipality of Camaguán, in the state of Guárico, where the mobilization of the People against the blockade and illegal sanctions took place, he pointed out that the head of state has achieved “what they call 'the economic miracle', which is not such a miracle, it is simply the demonstration that in the face of difficulties, we Venezuelans grow, we move forward with an eye to the future and we will succeed in defeating those kneeling”.

“They have a willing and tenacious man, who confronted and defeated the Americans, they have Nicolás Maduro Moros, the Workers' President, the President of the courageous women and men of Venezuela,” he said.
