Grupo de Puebla to Jeanine Añez: What an irony that a dictator comes to talk to us about democracy!

This Wednesday, through the social network X, the Puebla Group rejected the statements of the extreme right Jeanine Añez Chávez, in which she accused the members of the organization of encouraging persecution and lynching; practices carried out during the de facto government she presided over.

“How ironic that a dictator comes to talk to us about democracy, with all the irreparable damage you caused to the Bolivian people. We will continue to work for peace while you must answer for the massacres in Sacaba and Senkata,” the agency published

In this regard, Áñez accused the Puebla Group of “continuing to give instructions to its MAS partners to strengthen the persecution and lynching of 250 political prisoners of the regime, it shows that cynicism and the apparatus against the opposition are united against democracy”.

The statements are given in the framework of the meeting with Latin American leaders and former presidents who are members of the Puebla Group, with whom President Luis Arce shared the advances of the Productive Community Social Economic Model.
