Governor of Sucre presented Preliminary Draft Annual Budget Law

The governor of the state of Sucre, Gilberto Pinto, presented to the board of directors of the entity's Legislative Council the Preliminary Draft Law on the Annual Budget of Resources and Expenditures for the fiscal year and Annual Operating Plan (POA) year 2025.


During the special session, Pinto explained that the resources of the Ayacucho Grand Marshal Plan for next year will be distributed as follows: 64% for the care of the most vulnerable sectors of society, 25% for public services and 11% for larger projects.


He pointed out that this draft bill cannot be divorced from the Simon Bolivar Government Plan and the Plan of the 7 Transformations promoted by the president of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro.


He explained that the government plan is 77% complete; he emphasized that of 477 projects, 367 have been implemented and 110 are yet to be implemented.


In this regard, he indicated that the Coordinating Unit for Regional Implementation Autonomous Service for Educational Projects (UCERSA), in conjunction with Barrio Nuevo Barrio Tricolo r (BNBT), has achieved the recovery of 13,127 educational furniture in order to guarantee adequate conditions for the training of the student population. The action is in accordance with the plan for the recovery of desks, tables and chairs, as published by the Venezolana de Televisión web portal.
