Governor of Bolivar: It is Commander Chávez's mandate to transfer resources to the organized people

The governor of the state of Bolívar, Yulisbeth García, congratulated the people who came out to participate on election day, to exercise their vote to accompany the proposal of the 1,409 projects, in the 466 electoral centers activated “very early in the morning”.
He indicated that everyone is participating, the youth, the elderly, the housewife, the miner, the worker “the people in general are participating in those 259 popular circuits that demonstrate organization, participation, and what our Eternal Commander Hugo Chávez proposed transferring resources to Popular Power, to organized People.”
This was stated by the municipality of Piar, in the Santiago Mariño Educational Unit, corresponding to the Lina Ron Commune, when providing an assessment of the second National Popular Consultation 2026,
“Today, October 18, President Delcy (Rodríguez) has called for a new consultation, which will have an extraordinary participation, not only in the communal territories, but also the condominiums are participating.”
