The Government of the state of Anzoátegui provided human aid within the framework of the Plan More Years More Love, designed for the care of the elderly in line with the Mission of Grandmothers and Grandparents of the Homeland.

Governor Luis José Marcano explained that the grants are answers to the needs detected during the days carried out and include wheelchairs, canes, walkers, blood pressure monitors, nebulizers, glucometers, and other tools to improve quality of life.

The assignment was made from Plaza Bolívar in the Urbaneja municipality, where it also reported that two months after the launch of this project, more than 15,327 older adults have benefited in 9 municipalities and 36 communities.

More Years More Love has had a great impact on the economic, social, emotional and psychological aspects of our grandparents and grandmothers,” said Marcano, who explained that the plan includes three phases that include comprehensive health and recreation days in communities, house-to-house visits and surgical interventions.
