Governor Lacava: With the Popular Consultation, the People decide to execute the National and Regional Budget

This Sunday, October 18, referring to the second National Popular Consultation 2026, the governor of the state of Carabobo, Rafael Lacava, stressed that “the euphoria has to do with the support of the People for this methodology, which allows our People to decide where the resources of the National, regional and local Budget go.”
“Above all, it also shows the permanent activation of our People, the popular organization, this real demonstration of participatory, leading and direct democracy that this Revolution has generated and that brings so many benefits to the community, when it makes the decisions that belong to it,” he said.
Speaking to Venezolana de Televisión, he assured that Carabobo has fully responded to the call of the President of the Republic, Delcy Rodríguez, “this People came out in support of our President, so we emphasize that our Popular Power is at the forefront giving the guidelines and marking the destiny of this Revolution.”
He also highlighted the innovation in this second Popular Consultation 2026, in terms of the participation of Condominium Councils.”
