Governor Adán Chávez: In Barinas there are many young people participating in the National Popular Consultation

The governor of the state of Barinas, Adán Chávez, stated that the second National Popular Consultation 2026 is taking place with total normality and massive participation of the Llanero people.

“I have been receiving videos and photos from the different voting centers, which show the participation in the day of people of all ages, including and it should be noted, the youth, a lot of young people participating,” he said from the Alto Barinas Sur Educational Unit, where he exercised his right to vote.

Chávez called for participation in the face of the extension given by the National Electoral Council (CNE), to exercise the right to vote, that “no one should be left without voting to continue strengthening our Popular Power.”
