The Bolivarian Government rehabilitated the Robert Serra Mission Base located in the 17 de Junio sector of the state of Anzoátegui.

In this regard, the mayor of the Simón Bolívar municipality, Sugey Herrera, highlighted the joint work with the community, together with the state's single health authority and the Barrio Adentro program, for the necessary provision of offices.

“This is a joint effort from the mayor's office, but with the community's workforce, we are here under review and evaluation so that all these services that are being activated today reach the entire population as directed by President Nicolás Maduro,” he said.

The Mission Base now has two active general medicine and dentistry offices, as well as a “Simoncito” where entrepreneurial activities are carried out.

The improvements also include a third area for the custody of the People 's Guard and a fully equipped space called “Cooperating House” comprising bedrooms, kitchen and dining room for on-call doctors.
