The Government of Miranda and CORPOELEC and the Paz Castillo mayor's office began work this Tuesday to recover five kilometers of the public lighting system on the Santa Lucía-Santa Teresa road section.

The information was released by Mayor Víctor González, who pointed out that the work is part of the Corpoelec Firefly Plan, which was activated in the jurisdiction following requests made by the People's Power.
He explained that the renovation of the lighting system on the five kilometers of roads includes the installation of 150 200-watt LED luminaires, while stressing that around 30,000 users, including drivers of transport routes, as well as individuals, will be served with these improvements.
The mayor asserted that thanks to the Governor of Miranda, Héctor Rodríguez, the recovery of public lighting in the town has been consolidated, through reports made by the community through the 1x10 of Good Governance.
