Government of Lara renovates the historic center of Santa Rosa a few days after the procession of the Divine Shepherdess

The Government of the state of Lara began renovating the historic center of Santa Rosa in the state within the framework of the traditional procession in honor of the Divine Shepherdess, on January 14.
These are works to renovate religious infrastructures, such as the sanctuary of Santa Rosa de Lima, the Archdiocesan Museum as well as Plaza Bolívar and the Mirador of the traditional town of Santa Rosa, cradle of the image of the Divine Shepherdess.
As reported by the newspaper Última Noticias, the works have involved painting the facades of tourist and religious sites, of the houses that make up an artisanal boulevard all around the entrance and inside the town of Santa Rosa; likewise, the maintenance of green areas and public lighting systems, which allows the enjoyment of the spaces by own and visitors, both day and night.
These are the preparations for the 167th visit of the exalted patron saint of the people of Larense, whose agenda has already begun with eucharists, songs, rosaries, confessions and cultural activities in homage to the “Mother of God”.
