Government of Honduras decorated President Maduro with the Order of Francisco Morazán

This Saturday,
a Venezuelan delegation led by Jorge Arreaza, Minister of
Popular Power for Communes and Social Movements, received the Order of Francisco Morazán on behalf of President Nicolás Maduro, which was granted by
the Government of Honduras.
“The gold plate is the highest award given in Honduras to great international personalities who have served the Honduran people,” said Arreaza after accompanying the presentation of the report of the two-year administration of the president of the Central American country, Xiomara Castro.
In this regard, Arreaza praised the courage of the people of Honduras, who have been accompanied by the solidarity of President Nicolás Maduro, since 2009 to date, as published on the VTV web portal.
It is worth noting that the Deputy Minister for Latin America of the Ministry of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs, Rander Peña, and the deputy to the National Assembly (LAN), Tania Díaz, were present at the event as part of the Venezuelan delegation, who highlighted the leading role of the Honduran president in these two years in office.
