A total of 12 transformers were installed and 51 lighting poles, with their luminaires, were placed in the community of Las Piedras (Carirubana municipality) - Falcón.

The governor, Víctor Clark , specified that the maneuvers were concentrated on the corridors of Mexico, Libertad and Valencia streets and reiterated the commitment of the Bolivarian Government to the recovery of public services.
