The government of the state of Carabobo initiated the Special Asphalt Plan in the municipalities of Valencia and Naguanagua, with the purpose of improving the state of the roads in the state.

According to information published on the web portal of the newspaper Última Noticias, the plan began on Bolívar Avenue in Naguanagua, where the asphalt layer of the streets is recovered.

In this regard, Mayor Ana González reported that the entity's crews are carrying out scarification and refurbishing work on the avenue.

For her part, the mayor (e) of Valencia, Dina Castillo, assured that the Municipal Autonomous Road Institute (IAMVIAL) is making progress in the installation of more than 100 tons of asphalt, for the benefit of more than 5 thousand families in the area.

These actions correspond to the announcement by Governor Rafael Lacava, who specified that 2025 would be the year of the rehabilitation of all Carabobeña roads, so he urged the mayors of the 14 municipalities to actively join the Special Asphalt Plan.
