‎Bajo the emotional motto “Come on a hug, Christmas is here!” , the state of Aragua kicked off the December festivities with a busy community and cultural meeting held in the spaces of the recently reopened Plaza Bicentenaria de Maracay in Aragua.

‎

‎La day was led by Governor Joana Sánchez, together with civil and military authorities of the state and the people of the entity.

‎Como part of the deployment organized for the start of these holidays, the regional authority opened a varied Christmas fair that brings together the talent, creativity and local production of entrepreneurs in the region.

‎La fair offers visitors gastronomic alternatives, handicrafts, traditional ornaments and native products for the enjoyment of locals and visitors during the Christmas season.

‎

“Our Bicentennial Square opens its doors with the great economic activity necessary for the city of Maracay, an economy that will of course strengthen the daily lives of the Maracayeros,” said Sánchez.
