The Bolivarian Government, through the mayor's office of the Simón Bolívar municipality in the state of Anzoátegui, provided 600 technical grants requested through the VenApp.

The delivery took place at the Rafael Maestro Coa stadium in Barcelona, where Mayor Sugey Herrera, accompanied by Governor Luis José Marcano and the first fighter, Marcia Moreno, presided over the activity.

In this regard, Governor Luis José Marcano stressed that the activity contributes to the people's demand and assured that “what we are doing today is to be consistent with that instruction, with that principle of being concrete, coherent in social practice, so I congratulate this effort that is being made by the municipality.”

For her part, Mayor Herrera pointed out that “it couldn't be any different way, to start this delivery of revolutionary aid, loving help for our people, than through the hand of the head of the UBCH, the community leader and street boss, those who carry the President's loving word and go to give him support, direct attention to our people.”

The aids include orthopedic cars for adults and children, wheelchairs, crutches, walkers with and without wheels, tracking canes, with one and four points, anti-decubitus mattresses, nebulizers, glucometers, and blood pressure monitors.
