GNB seized more than 8 kilos of marijuana that were intended to be sent to Caracas from Táchira

Members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), during the control and verification of orders carried out by the company WED Envíos, seized 8,250 kilos of marijuana.

According to information issued by officials, the incident occurred at the San Antonio Passenger Terminal, in Bolívar municipality, Táchira state, where 8,250 kilograms of marijuana were seized, hidden in a double background in three frames of paintings and three handcrafted watches.

The uniformed personnel explained that the drug came from the Republic of Colombia, bound for the city of Caracas.
