Members of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB), attached to Zone Command No. 52 located on the Guanta-Cumaná highway, managed to arrest a subject with more than 5 kilos of drugs.


According to the publication of the newspaper Últimas Noticias (UN), the finding was detected with the support of a “Killer” canine, during a vehicle review process at the Citizen Service Point (PAC) in Pertigalete.

The procedure resulted in the arrest of Alexander José Febres, who was carrying eight wrappers (5 marijuana and 3 cocaine wrappers) in two cardboard boxes wrapped in black plastic, weighing 2 kilos 630 grams of cocaine and 3 kilos 20 grams of marijuana (a total of 5 kilo 650 grams).
