The Minister of Popular Power for Foreign Affairs, Yván Gil Pinto, questioned the “rude and vulgar” manner in which the Secretary of State of the United States, Anthony Blinken, “intends to announce a coup d'etat in Venezuela.”

On his Telegram channel, the Venezuelan foreign minister rebuked Bliken, to whom he assured that his “plans were pulverized through the vote and with civic-military-police unity and mobilization. They won't come back! In these times, we Bolivarians are making the Monroe doctrine cosmic dust, it is our victory Mr. Blinken, accept it. '

Gil's reaction is due to the imperialist's publication on his account on the social network X, in which “Venezuelans voted for change. Maduro's post-election repression has killed or imprisoned thousands of people, and the winning candidate @EdmundoGU remains the best hope for democracy. We must not allow Maduro and his representatives to cling to power by force. The will of the people must be respected.”
