The Venezuelan people have awakened and now, more than ever, they are willing to defend their homeland, their dreams, their projects, said the Supreme Commander, Hugo Chávez Frías, on November 10, 2007.“We don't want war, we want peace, we want to make the changes, transformations and revolutions that we are making in peace but make no mistake about the Latin American oligarchy, because we are soldiers.
