Giant Chávez: Imperialism will never accept us, so we must deepen our awareness

The oligarchy and imperialism will never accept the Bolivarian Revolution, so it is the duty of the militancy and the people to deepen their consciousness and strength, said the Supreme Commander, Hugo Chávez Frías, from the Miraflores Palace.

“Never will the Venezuelan oligarchy, never the North American empire accept us, they will always be devising maneuvers to try to get us out of here, unless we change and surrender to them; but that is not foreseen here. Here we say: Homeland, Socialism or Death! And when I coined that phrase, it is calling on everyone to deepen their awareness, strength and to position ourselves more clearly,” Chávez said on April 11, 2007.
