A revolutionary party must have political effectiveness and revolutionary quality, said the Supreme Commander, Hugo Chávez Frías, on June 25, 2009.“A party, a true party, a true political organization for the Revolution must have political effectiveness and revolutionary quality. A political movement, a party, must be able to take power and once we have taken power or started to build power we must be able to preserve, transform and expand it,” said the top leader of the Bolivarian Revolution during the third edition of the Theoretical President Aló.
