Operation Venezuela Eats Fish begins this Friday in six municipalities in Miranda state: Los Salias, Carrizal, Guaicaipura, Chacao, Urdaneta and Plaza.

According to information issued by the Government, 300 service points will be available in the entity and will be deployed for 90 days.

Johan Rodríguez, Secretary of Fisheries of the Government, added that over the next few days, seafood will be progressively included in scheduled sales.

During the operation, cochinúa, cataco, lisa, painted cabin, black cabin, white cabin, roncador, horse mackerel, albacore tuna, corocoro, widow, large sea bass, robalito, lebranche, madregal, peacock, carite sierra, small painted face, large painted face, large painted scalite, picua corsaria, lamparosa, chicharra, cacumo catfish, white catfish, small stingray and large stingray will be sold.
