The People of Barinas, Guárico and Portuguesa, joined the Great March “23 of January”, 66 years after the overthrow of the dictatorship of Marcos Pérez Jiménez.

Militants and leaders of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) mobilized from the different municipalities of Portuguesa to Guanare, a concentration that ran along Quinta Avenue in the city, from the intersection with Sucre Avenue to the corner of 11th Street.

Here are some images of the Long March:

The people of Barinas took to the streets to celebrate the 66th anniversary of the overthrow of the Marcos Pérez Jiménez dictatorship, in rejection of the coup and in favor of peace.

The political liaison of the PSUV in Barinas, Jorge Arreaza, asked to be alert to maintaining a high conscience.”

Raising the flags of dignity! The people of Guárico took to the streets to demonstrate their rebellious character, historical awareness and deep support for President Nicolás Maduro.

The Bolivarian Revolution has vindicated the spirit of popular and leading democracy. Bolivarian anger is alive in Guárico!” , said the governor of the entity José Vásquez.
