To highlight the importance of communication in digital spaces and learning about their management with the objective of reducing the gap between generations, this Sunday the vice president of Communication, Culture and Tourism, Freddy Ñáñez, participated in the Foundational Congress of Creative Uproar, promoted by the Great Venezuela Youth Mission.

During his speech, broadcast through a TikTok Live, Ñáñez pointed out that “those who were born inside caves believe that reality shapes their existence and state of consciousness, so we have to go out and experience a different reality”.

In this sense, he warned “that we are living in a moment where it is intended that we live without seeing reality”, so “the purpose of a revolutionary is to leave the cave and visit those who are inside (...) We have to get those who are in it out of the cave and I know that we are going to achieve it digitally,” quoted Venezolana de Televisión (VTV).

Creative Uproar is a movement that joins the formula “Streets, Networks, Media, Walls and Radio Bemba”, created by the National Government to break the siege of censorship and defamation used by algorithms on social networks, in this case by the hand of Venezuelan youth.
