Flights to Nueva Esparta, Sucre and Los Roques suspended due to hurricane Beryl

In view of the passage of Hurricane Beryl, category 5, through the Caribbean Sea, flights to the states of Nueva Esparta and Sucre will remain suspended, said the Minister of Transportation, Ramón Velásquez Araguayán.
Through a message published in his X account, he explained that the departure of boats from these entities is also suspended, in a preventive manner.
In addition, in another message, he also reported the suspension, for the next few hours, of flights to Los Roques.
These are “preventive measures, taken to guarantee the operational safety and well-being of the population,” he said.
